I'm building my portfolio, so the first three local businesses I work with get the full Grow plan for a $100 setup (normally $499) and $99 a month for the first 12 months (normally $129), with 2 content updates a month. In return I ask for an honest testimonial and permission to feature the project. After the first year it moves to the standard price.
Claim a spot12-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Prices are in CAD and locked for your 12 months. If you leave before the 12 months are up, the remaining monthly payments are still due. I host your site unless you'd rather use your own hosting. If you leave, your website and domain are handed over to you at no charge. Domain registration is billed at cost (about $20 a year).

In brief: Yeti Media is a one-person web design studio in Brantford, Ontario, run by Evan Cooper. It builds and looks after websites for small businesses such as plumbers, salons, cafés and contractors. Each plan has a small setup fee and a flat monthly price in CAD that covers hosting and small monthly changes, with a 12-month minimum. Yeti Media hosts the site unless the client wants their own hosting, and if a client leaves, their website and domain are handed over at no charge. Evan works in person in Brantford, Brant County, Hamilton, Cambridge, Paris and Woodstock, and by phone and video across Ontario.
I'm Evan Cooper, the person behind Yeti Media, based in Brantford. I build websites for local businesses because owners who do great work deserve to look just as good online, without agency prices or tech-speak.

Why a monthly fee and not one big price?
Most small businesses can't drop thousands on a website, and shouldn't have to. A small setup fee plus a flat monthly plan spreads the cost, keeps your site hosted, secure and up to date, and means someone is always around when you need a change.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your domain, content, photos and branding are yours. I host the site as part of your plan, or you can use your own hosting if you'd rather. If you ever leave, I hand over your website and domain, including your content and site files, at no charge.
How long does it take?
Launch sites are usually live in about 7 business days, Grow in about 2 weeks and Pro in 3 to 4 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly we get your photos and answers.
What do you need from me?
A logo if you have one, a few photos, your services and contact details, and about 30 minutes to answer questions. I handle the rest, including writing the words on Grow and Pro.
Can I cancel?
After the 12-month minimum, yes, any time with 30 days' notice. If you leave before the 12 months are up, the remaining monthly payments are still due. Either way, your website and domain are handed over to you with no handover fee.
Can the price change?
Not during your 12-month term. Your price is locked. After that, if prices go up, the new price starts from your next monthly billing cycle.
Will I show up first on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What I do is build a fast, well-structured site and set up your Google Business Profile properly, which is what moves the needle for local businesses.

Anywhere in Ontario. In person in Brantford, Brant County, Hamilton, Cambridge, Paris and Woodstock, or by phone and video.
